Making A Purchase

Please browse through the website and use the shopping cart facility to add items to your shopping basket, all items on the site are available and in stock.

On receipt of the order we will contact you to confirm receipt of the order.

Shipping And Handling

Our Standard Shipping Rates are as follows:

UK Mainland
Print Only Orders - Orders Under £200.00 will be subject to a £10.00 + VAT carriage charge. Orders over £200.00 are delivered Carriage Free.

Framed Print Orders - Orders Under £500.00 will be subject to a £20.00 carriage charge. Orders over £500.00 will be delivered Carriage Free.

Northern Ireland / Ireland / Highlands / Isle of Man
Print Only Orders - Orders under £300.00 will be subject to a £15.00 carriage charge. Orders over £300.00 will be delivered Carriage Free.

Framed Print Orders - We charge £35.00 to ship all framed orders, the minimum order value for framed orders is £ 500.00.

Delivery Schedule

All orders are processed and delivered using a next day signed for courier service.

We aim to process all orders within 5 working days.

Shortages or damages must be reported to us within 3 working days of you receiving the order.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders

We do not hold back orders, in the unlikely event an item is out of stock please reorder.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

Chantry Fine Art do not accept Credit Card Payments through this website. One of our sales staff will contact you once you have placed your order to discuss payment.

Privacy Policy

Chantry Fine Art do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because the item is damaged we will arrange for the collection of the incorrect or damaged item and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at our cost.

Please contact our office by email or telephone within three working days of the day the item was delivered stating your name & address, the invoice number, the item(s) you wish to return, and whether the item was sent in error or has been damaged in transit.

The delivery of the correct item or replacement for a damaged item will be despatched to you as soon as possible and will be arranged with you by telephone or email.
